Kimberly Moenter, Hygienist

Kimberly hails from Batavia and attended hygiene school at Parkland College. She has been a part of the Grand Dental family for over 15 years. She is certified in local anesthesia and laser therapy. What Kim enjoys most about her role as a hygienist is helping patients have healthy mouths! At home, Kim is the proud mom of teenage son and daughter twins and spends her free time cooking, exercising, and caring for her family's three rescue dogs.

Monica Contreras, Hygienist

Monica studied dental hygiene at the College of DuPage and is certified in laser dentistry. She has made Grand Dental her home for over 10 years. Monica values the relationships that she has built with her patients and her coworkers. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her three younger brothers and cheering on the Chicago Cubs. Before answering the call to become a dental hygienist, Monica once had dreams of becoming a gymnast!

Veronica Kaczkowski, Hygienist

Veronica studied dental hygiene at the College of DuPage and has advanced training in laser dentistry. Her passion is educating patients on the importance of oral health and how it relates to their overall wellbeing. She is an adrenaline lover, enjoying hiking, kayaking, 4 wheeling, ziplining, going to the shooting range, and rollercoasters. A lover of animals, she has 2 dogs and a parrot. Vacationing anywhere there are mountains is her favorite. Veronica and her husband hope to retire in the mountains and own an animal sanctuary one day. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she dresses up every year. She has worked in dental since she was 16 and is truly passionate about dental care and helping people with their oral health.

Yesenia Peters, Hygienist

Yesenia joined our team in 2023, and she loves getting to know new people while working with patients of all ages. Her favorite part of the day is when she feels like she has connected with a patient and helped them remain comfortable throughout their appointment. She completed her training at the College of DuPage and is certified in local anesthesia and CPR.

Yesenia was born in Mexico and lived there until age eight, and she’s now proud to call Aurora her home. She married her high school sweetheart and enjoys going to rock concerts, taking walks with her husband, spending time with her dogs, and absorbing everything that involves Harry Potter.

Yesenia Rubio, Team Lead

A native of Aurora and with almost two full decades of experience in the dental field, Yesenia is an incredible asset to our team with her years of expertise and skills. She is certified in OSHA and CPR and earned her certification in coronal polishing through the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS). Other than undergoing continuing education courses to constantly improve herself, she loves helping patients achieve their best smiles and oral health while also creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for them. At home, Yesenia lives with her wonderful fiancé, children, and their family pets. She enjoys cooking, attending live music, and doing arts and crafts. She even taught herself to knit and crochet during the COVID pandemic.
